C. Integration & Carrier Data

Retention schedule (high-level)
- Account & profile data: retained while the account is active; limited retention after closure as needed for legal/compliance.
- Shipment records & labels: retained to support tracking, billing, auditability, and customer history; configurable for enterprise accounts.
- Billing & payment records: retained as required for tax/accounting and dispute resolution.
- Security logs: retained for security monitoring, incident response, and fraud prevention for a limited period.
When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
